CHARTWATCH: ALL OVER THE WORLD HEADING FOR TOP SPOT?

Hello ... Hello ... my old friends ... It's great to see you once again! Yours Truly KJS and elobeatlesforever (elobf) always keep an eye on the Official UK Chart and today [Monday 25th July] we were more than pleasantly surprised to find out that ELO's bestselling 2005 compilation  "All Over The World" has jumped to the summit of the Official UK Midweek Top 100 Album Chart and could quite possibly become the third ELO album to reach #1 in the UK when the full Album Chart is published at 5:45PM on Friday 29th July.

If "All Over The World" - which recently hit its current best of #3 following Jeff Lynne's ELO Glastonbury triumph - does "Hold On Tight" at the top of the chart, it will join 1979's "Discovery" and 1981's "Time" in a very exclusive club almost 35 years to the day later.

Until next "Time" in the ELO [and related] Universe ... KJS ... 25-July-2016
