AMERICAN HUSTLE OST: JEFF LYNNE & ELO TRACKS INCLUDED

Hello ... Hello ... my old friends ... It's great to see you once again! Having failed to feature on the recent Frontiers re-issue of ELO's 2001 album "Zoom", the previously Japanese only track "Long Black Road" will finally join the 'official' ELO worldwide catalogue and will join "10538 Overture" [MBS version] and a seemingly brand new Jeff Lynne solo song "Stream Of Stars" [an instrumental composition] on the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack for the film American Hustle.

Another Jeff Lynne track - a cover of "Claire De Lune" [written by Claude Debussy] - allegedly features in the film but has not made it onto the official soundtrack album. The attractively compiled OST also includes the Wings' James Bond anthem "Live And Let Die" as well as other AOR classics by the likes of: AmericaElton John and not a few others.
The American Hustle OST will be released in download format in the UK on Monday 16th December and in the US on Tuesday 10th December with the CD following on Monday 23rd December in the UK and on Tuesday 24th December in the US. Please note that "Long Black Road" is the only track you can currently purchase individually at the moment.

At the "Time" of writing, amazon.co.uk are currently taking pre-orders for the album in CD format [including free download] at £9.99 or digital download at £7.49 whereas amazon.com are offering the CD at $14.50 with the download priced at $11.99 thus:

American Hustle OST: CD [UK]   American Hustle OST: download [UK]
American Hustle OST: CD [US]   American Hustle OST: download [US]

ELO Beatles Forever [ELOBF] recommends the "American Hustle" OST to those enlightened folks who enjoy the music of ELOJeff LynneRoy WoodThe MoveThe Idle Race'Brum Beat'The Beatles and related artistes.
